Our Shipping Info & Policy
To provide a smooth and enjoyable online shopping experience, ODAKA wants to provide you a clear and transparent information. Take a look below to learn more about our policies, and please reach out if you have any questions.
PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING
Most of our products are made to order and have a 2-5 week production time. Once you made an order, your items will go into production. Please allow additional 3-5 working days to process your items once they are out of production and finished.
If from any reason our time-frames become any longer, we will inform you via the e-mail you've provided us.
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping charges are calculated by the system automatically. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. To track your order, we would recommend using your local post service data, or a third party services such as 17TRACK.
We ship our pieces out of our studio in Tel Aviv, in most cases with Israel Postal Service and your order will be delivered in your country by your local postal provider.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our products are made with attention and care and we stand behind the quality of all our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your new piece, please let us know.
If you decide to return the piece, please inform us by email within 7 days of receiving the item, and send the item back within 10 days of receiving the item.
* Please note, refunds will not include the original postage & handling costs, and the return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
The items must be returned in unused condition and carefully packed. Until the goods are received by us in their new & undamaged condition, the responsibility for them remains with you. We advise to send all goods via registered & insured post.
If the item was damaged on arrival, please inform us by email within 7 days of receiving the item, and please include a photo of the damage.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
We don't collect taxes on International orders, and those may be subject to import fees. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties and value added taxes that might be charged. Duties and taxes vary from country to country so please take your time and check thoroughly your local regulations before making an order.
Please remember those are complicated times, and even though we all do our best, some unpredictable interruptions might occur. The postal service might have longer delivery times to some destinations due to the reduction of flights and various health and safety measures to keep everyone safe during these times.
DELAYED OR LOST
Our aim is that our pieces will arrive as swiftly and as safely as possible to your hands. In the rare occasion when your order seems to be stuck or lost on it's way, please let us know. We will contact the postal service, and will do what we can from our end to gather more information to locate it. Please understand those things might take time and in some rare occasions international shipping can take up to 1-2 months.
In case the item is officially lost, we will prepare you a new item, and send it as a replacement. The postal service will start their investigation and we would require an official non-delivery declaration from you.
If an order returns to us due to an incomplete delivery or failure to pay Import Duties or Taxes for International orders, a second delivery fee will have to be paid by you before we can reship your package. We want to clarify that any import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. If no shipping fee is paid within 30 days of our request for payment, the order will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
